UltraFeedsHow access is granted
UltraFeeds connects to eBay only through eBay's official REST APIs with OAuth. You sign in on eBay's own page and approve the permissions below. UltraFeeds never asks for, sees or stores your eBay password. The tokens eBay gives us are encrypted at rest.

How we use eBay data
- Only to provide UltraFeeds to the seller who connected the eBay account.
- Never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with other customers.
- Orders are fetched every 15 minutes and kept only while the eBay account is connected.
How to revoke access
- In UltraFeeds: eBay accounts → Disconnect. The tokens, feeds, item lists and stored orders of that eBay account are deleted immediately. Your listings on eBay are not changed.
- On eBay: remove UltraFeeds from the third-party applications allowed in your eBay account settings. Syncing stops; disconnect in UltraFeeds as well to delete the stored data.
eBay marketplace account deletion notifications
UltraFeeds is subscribed to eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. When any eBay user closes their eBay account, eBay informs us and we:
- verify that the notification is really from eBay (eBay's digital signature);
- delete the connected eBay account of that user, if it was connected to UltraFeeds, together with its tokens, feeds, items and orders;
- remove that user's personal data (username, name, shipping address) from orders stored for other sellers where that user was the buyer;
- record that the notification was processed, without keeping the deleted personal data.
