Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

UltraFeeds is an online service operated by BS Management, VAT BG207472831, 19 Georgi Benev St., 6000 Stara Zagora, Bulgaria (“we”). These terms apply between us and the person or business that creates an UltraFeeds account (“you”). By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

UltraFeeds is intended for businesses and professional sellers. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

UltraFeeds lets you connect sales channels — eBay seller accounts, Shopify stores and Kaufland Marketplace seller accounts — through their official APIs, read a product feed (CSV, XML or your Shopify store) that you provide, create and update listings and products from it, and view the orders of the connected accounts. We may improve and change features; we will not remove core functions you pay for without notice.

UltraFeeds is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by eBay Inc., Shopify Inc., Kaufland e-commerce GmbH or Amazon.com, Inc. Your use of each channel remains subject to that channel's own agreements and policies.

3. Your account

  • Give true information and keep it up to date. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity in your account.
  • Tell us without delay at office@ultrafeeds.online if you suspect misuse.

4. Connecting channels

  • You may connect only eBay accounts, Shopify stores and Kaufland accounts that you own or that their owner has authorised you to manage.
  • You authorise UltraFeeds to act on those accounts within the permissions you grant: create and update listings, products, offers and inventory, read settings such as business policies, locations and shipping groups, read products (when a Shopify store is a feed source) and read orders.
  • For Shopify and Kaufland you give us API keys from your own account. Keep them valid; you can revoke them at any time in the channel.
  • You can revoke the access at any time — by disconnecting in UltraFeeds or in the channel's own settings.
  • You must not use UltraFeeds to operate channel accounts in a way the channel's rules forbid, including to get around a suspension, restriction or selling limit, or to publish duplicate listings of the same item.

5. Your content and your responsibility

  • You are responsible for your feed and listings: that the products may be sold, that titles, descriptions, prices, images and item specifics are correct and lawful, and that you hold the rights to the images and texts.
  • You are responsible for your channel settings (business policies, shipping groups, locations), prices, taxes, shipping and your obligations towards buyers.
  • You give us the right to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service.
  • UltraFeeds sends to the channel what your feed contains according to your mapping and settings. Check your first sync; the channel's responses and errors are shown next to each item.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: break the law or the channels' policies through the service; list prohibited or infringing items; try to access other users' data or our systems without permission; overload the service or the channels' APIs on purpose; resell or share your access without our written consent.

7. Fees and invoicing

The plans, their product limits, monthly prices and order fees are shown on our pricing page. Every new account starts on the Free plan. You can change your plan by writing to us; a change applies from the next day.

  • Monthly price — invoiced monthly in advance.
  • Order fee — the percentage of your plan applied to the value of the order lines for products listed through UltraFeeds in the previous calendar month (item price × quantity, without shipping), on all connected channels. Cancelled orders are not counted. Orders for products you did not list through UltraFeeds are not counted. Invoiced monthly in arrears.
  • Prices are without VAT. VAT is charged according to Bulgarian and EU rules (reverse charge for VAT-registered EU businesses outside Bulgaria).
  • If an invoice remains unpaid 14 days after its due date we may move the account to the Free plan after a reminder.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep UltraFeeds available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. The service depends on the channels' APIs; changes or outages at eBay, Shopify or Kaufland can affect it. Support is provided by e-mail on Bulgarian business days.

9. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process data as controller. For your buyers' data in orders we are your processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for personal injury. In all other cases our total liability per calendar year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales or indirect damage, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for decisions of the channels (for example listing removals or account restrictions) or for the content of your feed.

11. Ending the contract

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app (Account → Delete account); your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Paid plans end at the end of the paid month. We may end the contract with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms or a channel's rules through the service. Listings and products already created on a channel stay there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for valid reasons (new features, legal or channel requirements). We inform you by e-mail at least 30 days before important changes take effect; if you do not agree you may end the contract before then.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. The courts of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
